Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (referred to as the ‘Site’). We value the intellectual property rights of others, just like we expect others to respect our rights. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent to report any copyright infringements. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA from liability for copyright infringement claims.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. An authorized signature from the copyright owner or their representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material to be removed and information to help locate it;
  4. Contact information for the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming the belief that the material is used without authorization;
  6. A statement verifying the accuracy of the information provided.

Section 17 USC §512(f) allows for penalties against those who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

All takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page or by email for prompt handling.

Note that we may share the identity of the copyright complainant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim, you can provide us with a counter notification to restore it. Your notification must include:

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement that you believe the removal was a mistake;
  4. Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.

Send your counter notification via our Contact page or email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy on repeat copyright infringements. We keep a record of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat offenders. Continued violations will result in account termination.

Modifications

We reserve the right to change our DMCA policy at any time. Please check back regularly for updates.
